LUMIVO VOUCHER POLICY

This Voucher Policy (“Policy”) applies to digital vouchers, coupons, promotional offers, experience vouchers, and other digital redemption entitlements (“Vouchers”) sold through Lumivo.

Lumivo Vouchers are sold by Lumivo Global Pte. Ltd. (“Lumivo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and may be redeemed for specified products or services provided by participating merchants.

This Policy forms part of the Lumivo Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

By purchasing or using a Voucher, you agree to this Policy.

Each Voucher represents a defined entitlement to the product, service, discount, or experience stated on the applicable product page.

The relevant product page will identify the participating merchant and the applicable Voucher terms.

The participating merchant provides and fulfills the underlying goods or services, while Lumivo handles the customer purchase and digital delivery of the Voucher.

A Voucher may include:

• participating merchant;
• product or service;
• purchase price;
• validity period;
• redemption instructions;
• eligible products or services; and
• applicable restrictions.

Customers should review the applicable product page before purchase.

After successful payment, Lumivo will issue the Voucher electronically.

Depending on the product, the Voucher may be delivered by email, through a Lumivo account or order page, or through another digital delivery method.

A Voucher may include a unique voucher code, QR code, order reference, or other digital identifier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping their Voucher and redemption information secure.

Vouchers may only be redeemed with the designated participating merchant and in accordance with the applicable product terms.

Customers may be required to present the Voucher code, QR code, order reference, account information, or other required verification.

The participating merchant may verify the Voucher before redemption.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page:

• a Voucher may only be used with the designated merchant;
• a Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash;
• a Voucher cannot be used after expiration;
• a Voucher cannot be duplicated or fraudulently reproduced; and
• a Voucher may not be commercially resold without Lumivo's authorization.

Additional restrictions may apply, including product exclusions, reservation requirements, location restrictions, operating hours, or single-use conditions. Any such restrictions will be stated on the applicable product page.

Each Voucher has a stated validity period.

Unless otherwise stated, the validity period begins on the date of purchase and the Voucher must be redeemed before it expires.

Expired Vouchers generally cannot be redeemed, except where an extension is expressly approved by Lumivo or the participating merchant, or where required by applicable law.

The participating merchant is responsible for providing the underlying goods or services represented by the Voucher.

If a merchant does not honor a valid Voucher or the goods or services materially differ from the advertised offering, customers may contact Lumivo for assistance in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Customers should keep Voucher information secure.

If a Voucher has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Lumivo may request reasonable information to verify the relevant purchase. A Voucher that has already been validly redeemed may not be replaceable.

Lumivo may suspend, cancel, or refuse a Voucher where there is a reasonable basis to believe that it was obtained or used fraudulently, altered, duplicated, or otherwise misused, or that the related transaction violates applicable law or Lumivo policies.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Lumivo Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible unredeemed Vouchers may be refundable before expiration, while redeemed or used Vouchers are generally non-refundable, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

The purchase price and applicable currency are displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Lumivo may process transactions in USD or other supported currencies.

Any currency conversion or additional charges imposed by a customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution are outside Lumivo's control.

Lumivo may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect rights already applicable to completed Purchases where prohibited by applicable law.
