LUMIVO REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested for purchases made through the Lumivo website and related digital services operated by Lumivo Global Pte. Ltd. (“Lumivo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy forms part of the Lumivo Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Voucher Policy.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page:

• An eligible unredeemed Voucher may be refunded if the request is made before the Voucher expires.
• A redeemed or used Voucher is generally not refundable, except where required by this Policy or applicable law.
• An expired and unused Voucher is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Any specific refund terms clearly stated on the applicable product page will apply to that Purchase.

Lumivo may review individual circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where reasonably justified.

If a participating merchant:

• refuses to honor a valid Voucher;
• is unable to provide the purchased goods or services;
• materially changes the advertised offering; or
• permanently closes or otherwise cannot fulfill the Voucher,

the customer may contact Lumivo for assistance.

Depending on the circumstances, Lumivo may provide a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

If the goods or services provided materially differ from the applicable Voucher description, the customer may contact Lumivo and provide reasonable supporting information.

Examples may include a material difference in:

• quantity;
• service duration;
• included products or services;
• treatment or service scope; or
• other material characteristics expressly stated in the Voucher.

Lumivo may review the evidence and, where appropriate, provide a full or partial refund, replacement, or other reasonable remedy.

Customers may request cancellation or a refund before the Voucher is redeemed and before it expires.

For accidental or duplicate purchases, customers should contact Lumivo as soon as reasonably possible. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

• Order number;
• email address used for the Purchase;
• relevant Voucher or offering;
• reason for the request; and
• any supporting information reasonably relevant to the request.

Lumivo may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the Purchase and assess the request.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the Purchase.

Once Lumivo submits the refund to the applicable payment provider, the refund will normally appear within 5–10 business days, although actual timing may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, payment method, currency, and other external processing factors.

Purchases may be processed in USD or another currency where clearly indicated at checkout.

Refunds will generally be made in the original transaction currency. Any exchange-rate differences or conversion charges imposed by a customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider are outside Lumivo's control.

Customers are encouraged to contact Lumivo before initiating a payment dispute so that Lumivo has an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider, bank, or card network.

This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies that apply to a customer or transaction.

Where applicable law provides rights that differ from this Policy, the mandatory legal requirements will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
