LUMIVO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lumivo is a digital commerce platform operated by Lumivo Global Pte. Ltd. (“Lumivo”).

Lumivo sells selected digital vouchers, local deals, experiences, products, and promotional offers directly to customers.

The underlying goods or services represented by a Voucher are provided and fulfilled by the participating merchant identified on the applicable product page.

By accessing Lumivo, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing or using a Voucher, you agree to these Terms and the applicable:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy
• Voucher Policy

If you do not agree, please do not use Lumivo or purchase its products.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction under applicable law. Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian may make a purchase on behalf of a minor.

Each Voucher relates to a specific product, service, or offer provided by a designated participating merchant.

The applicable product page may specify:

• the participating merchant;
• the product or service;
• the retail price;
• the validity period;
• the redemption location;
• redemption requirements; and
• other applicable conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing these details before purchase.

Customers purchase products directly from Lumivo at the price displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Any currency conversion, bank, card-network, or other fees imposed by a customer's financial institution or payment provider are the customer's responsibility.

After successful payment, Lumivo will issue the applicable digital Voucher electronically, which may include a unique voucher code, QR code, order reference, or other digital identifier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for keeping their Voucher and redemption credentials secure.

Vouchers may only be redeemed with the designated participating merchant and in accordance with the applicable product terms.

Customers may be required to present the Voucher or provide the applicable verification information at redemption.

A Voucher may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once redeemed, a Voucher is generally no longer available for further use or refund, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Participating merchants are independent businesses responsible for providing the underlying goods or services represented by their Vouchers.

Merchants are responsible for their applicable licenses, permits, premises, staff, product or service quality, and fulfillment of valid Vouchers.

Lumivo may investigate customer reports and may suspend or remove products or merchants where appropriate.

Lumivo is responsible for the customer-facing purchase transaction and will handle applicable refunds, customer support, and payment disputes in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Customers may contact Lumivo where, for example:

• a valid Voucher is not honored;
• the advertised goods or services are materially different from the purchased offering;
• the merchant is unable to provide the purchased offering; or
• another circumstance reasonably warrants a refund or other remedy.

Lumivo may request reasonable information or evidence when assessing a claim.

Customers must use Lumivo and its Vouchers lawfully and must not:

• commit fraud or provide false information;
• misuse or duplicate Vouchers;
• interfere with Lumivo systems;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• manipulate redemption processes; or
• commercially resell Vouchers without Lumivo's authorization.

Lumivo may suspend or cancel transactions or accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, or unlawful activity.

Lumivo's name, branding, website content, software, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lumivo and may not be commercially reproduced or exploited without authorization.

Lumivo may use third-party payment, technology, fulfillment, and business service providers. Such providers may have their own terms and policies.

Lumivo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its website or digital services.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond Lumivo's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

For a particular purchase, Lumivo's liability will generally not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
